UMD SGA Governance Board Interest Form | 2019 - 2020
Hello! Thank you for your interest in serving the student body in the SGA's Judicial Branch. As an Associate Justice on the Governance Board, you will be one of five voting members who hear a variety of appeals from SGA members, registered student organization members, and/or students on the constitutionality of any given action performed by or within the SGA, or by an SGA-recognized student group. The Governance Board is an appellate body, and does not initiate independent investigations. In order to be eligible for a position on the Governance Board, you must be an undergraduate student in good financial and academic standing with the University, and must not hold any other appointed or elected position within the SGA during your tenure.
