Why Are We Here?
Every year, the same group gets reelected for most positions in the SGA. It's the same soup, just reheated! We are here to change up the flavor, with student-centric policy, and commitment to making the University of Maryland the best it can be! We stand with students and our no-nonsense solutions like:
- Provide better Mental Healthcare by switching to a private on-campus clinic that takes all (University mandatory) health insurance, saving the University money while providing higher quality care.
- DOTS forgiveness for first time offenders, as well as moving free parking closer to classes, making commuting less stressful!
- Open University funded sports centers to the student body, because, well, you paid for it!
- Going Carbon-Neutral, which means severing University ties to Fossil-Fuel investments!

I understand being ignored, and i understand what its like not to have the answers, but I also understand that you, the students, deserve better.
