Communications Request Form 2019-2020
This form is a STARTING POINT for all communications request for UMD SGA. All requests must be submitted through this form, as this forms serves to streamline all the requests and give the communications team a better view of the project. Please take your time and fill out all the questions.

Here are some guidelines for you:

1. PLEASE fill out this form as THOROUGHLY as possible. We want to make sure we understand the content. If you'd like to tell us in person, reach out to us and we will fill this form out together.
2. PLEASE fill this form in ADVANCE. There's an automatic deadline for all communications request in TWO WEEKS for the graphics. This, however, does not mean that they will be done by the deadline. Please contact Jinwook or Joy if you have any problems/concerns about it.
3. PLEASE reach out to us about what project outcome you are thinking of.
